Official Rules

RE/MAX Alliance event drawing

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

RE/MAX Alliance, 7425 Grandview Avenue, Arvada, CO 80002.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the State of Colorado who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void outside Colorado and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and licensed agents of RE/MAX Alliance, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to win.

3. Entry period

Entries are accepted only during the posted hours of the event at which the drawing is offered. Entries submitted outside that window are not eligible.

4. How to enter

Scan the QR code at the RE/MAX Alliance booth, or use the tablet at the booth, and complete the entry form with your first name, last name, mobile phone number, and email address. Limit one entry per person per event. Duplicate entries by the same person are consolidated to a single entry. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that use false or fictitious contact information are void.

Agreeing to be contacted about real estate is optional and is not a condition of entering the drawing or of winning. Entrants who do not agree to be contacted have exactly the same chance of winning as those who do.

5. Prize

One prize will be awarded. The prize is described on the entry page and on the signage at the booth. Approximate retail value is stated there.

The prize is not transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Drawing and odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing is conducted by the Sponsor and its decisions are final and binding.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by RE/MAX Alliance by phone call, text message, or email at the contact information provided at entry, within approximately five business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached within seven days of the first attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random. All entrants will be sent an announcement of the winner.

8. Privacy

Information collected at entry is handled as described in the privacy policy, which includes the fact that entrant information may be shared with a RE/MAX Alliance affiliated real estate agent.

9. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it believes to be fraudulent, automated, or otherwise in violation of these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the drawing if it cannot be carried out as planned. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform or with any venue or event organizer at which the booth is located.

10. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Winner list

For the name of the winner, contact RE/MAX Alliance at the address above within 60 days of the drawing date.
